"Rude staff, room issues air wasn’t working sheets were dirty no additional bedding was provided we were told we ran out, stains on the carpet, the room keys weren’t working properly had to switch them out 5 times and the staff made it seem as if I was making this an inconvenience for them. Nobody called me to rectify after I asked to speak with management several times was told that they were not there."

"Continental breakfast was fine the usual hot foods cereal and fruit....hallway always had peculiar smell...phone dnt work in the room... BUT THE KICKER WAS THE MATTRESS. IT WAS SUNK IN THE MIDDLE MORE THAN IT LOOKED. HOW THEY THOUGHT IT WAS PROPER TO OFFER THAT MATTRESS EVEN FOR FREE WAS BEYOND ME. CLEANESS OK Breakfast OK.I HAD ALREADY UNPACKED AND FELT PLENTY OF THOSE ROOMS HAD TERRIBLE BEDS. I WOULD NEVER Have PULLED THOSE COVERS BACK. SO BECAUSE OF THAT SUNKEN MATTRESS THAT THEY OFFERED I WILL NEVER EVER STAY THERE NOR RECOMMEND IT. IT WAS PATHETIC THAT THEY WOULD EVEN BRING IT INTO THE BLDG. BUT THERE IS HOPE. SO MANY MORE HOTELS IN THAT AREA WITH GREAT PRICES GREAT BREAKFAST. I THOUGHT THIS WAS ONE I HAD Stayed IN B4 BUT IT WAS NOT AND NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I STAY THERE. SLEPT AROUND THE EDGE OF THE BED. 😂 I HAD TO JUST LAUGH AND SAY NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! "

"HORRIBLE. SOUNDS LIKA BOAT ENGINE. COULDN'T SLEEP WITH THE NOISE. PARKING LOT HAD LOTS OF PEOPLE SEATING ON STAIRCASE AND LOITERING AT NIGHT. HAD TO MOVE MY CAR TO THE LIGHTED AREA. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT. "

"Was happy with the stay and the breakfast was delicious! Staff i didn't have a reason to interact with but housekeeping was polite and helpful. "

"When we arrived at the hotel, the lobby had an unpleasant smell. The first room we were given smelled like cigarettes and had ashes, so we had to ask for another room. The bedsheets were torn and stained. I had to go to the front desk to ask for new ones. At first they gave me pillowcases instead of sheets, and I had to go back again before they finally gave me proper ones.The shower also had mold. Overall, the experience was very disappointing."
