Check in was super fast and easy. I believe his name is Tez, (forgive me if im wrong) was super friendly and nice. Thank you! The property was in fair condition. The floors could use a good scrubbing throughout. The sheets were clean, towels were clean, and bathroom was clean. I didn't see any bugs. Overall a nice and peaceful stay. Thanks

I love when I get a chance to stay at the Stay Express. Everything is in walking distance. The parking lot is gated and they have security. So always feel comfortable. And they have the best ice machine. It makes the little pellets

The room was average. Remote didn’t work properly. Did not have a comforter on bed, just two sheets, room was spot cleaned, tub was not cleaned properly, traffic noise throughout the night, a little pricey for all the non accommodations. Positive: the room was spacious and the property is conveniently located around a lot of other businesses: shopping, restaurants and hwy

The outside looked really nice, lots of fast food, and other places that was convenient. Checking in was quick and staff was nice, but the room was not great at all. The bed squeaked, the tv was very small and had spots on it, the floors were dirty, the bathroom shower curtain was dirty at the bottom, the tub was peeling, this place is in need of some serious renovations and it is most definitely not worth the money they charge for hotel fees. I guess the extra fees they charge is going to pay for the renovations it desperately need.

11 am checkout is a little early, but it's not like that's uncommon these days. Cheapest room you'll get in atlanta, with an adjustable AC and friendly staff.

Staff was exceptionally great . But the property was dirty I got no sleep due to the people partying all night and slamming doors. It was unsafe i saw several vagrants all over the property and on the street . The hotel doesn’t have breakfast .

Nice staff but not the cleanest

The front desk staff was great. Very nice & helpful. However the elevator was broken & there was a terrible smell on the first floor going towards the stairs. Being a cleaning business owner & paying attention to details. I saw a couple roaches & had to do a thorough cleaning before I could attempt get comfortable. I’d recommend them doing room inspections because the cleaners are NOT doing a good job.

The staff was fantastic. The only issue I had was the TV and Internet were non functional. The Internet would connect but had zero connectivity. The TV took special steps to get it to work off just cable otherwise it tried to use the same wireless connection that wasn't working

Hello, I just recently stayed here. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I only stayed for one night though the toilet water kept running all night. I just shut the bathroom door and the outlets would not keep a charger in it . they kept falling out. The staff was wonderful.

My room was absolutely atrocious. The elevator didn't work and I had to take 3 flights of stairs continuously (I have spinal issues). The staff was very friendly and helpful, but my room was filthy and the whole floor smelled like weed.

Terrible roaches, doors don’t have locks, my baby went all weekend without access to a television due to the WiFi not connecting, my elderly mother had to climb 4 flights of stairs because the elevator was out. Worse motel EVER and I travel a lot!
