「The staff was unfriendly and did not speak any English. During check-in, they did not inform me that breakfast was included or provide the Wi-Fi password. The room was also not clean—there were long hairs everywhere. Throughout the night, a compressor—possibly from an air conditioning unit—turned on about every half hour and made a lot of noise, making it impossible to sleep. I stayed for two days, and each day the key card for my room stopped working. I had to return to the reception desk...

「The place is not luxurious but neither is the price, but it was clean, the staff were very helpful, free breakfast buffet which was good.Great location for a walk to Moinhos Vento and to the historical center. I enjoyed walking everyday and got to experience a little of the city. I would definitely stay here again.」

「AC broke at 5:00 am, I got another room at 11:00 am after asking many times to fix the AC, they said I will fix tomorrow, we do not a technician on the site tomorrow, wait until tomorrow. I think that they did not care about me being in an overheated room. 」

「Computer at site lost our Expedia reservation and while my wife and I were in deep discussions as to the issue the desk staff was laughing at us for our English usage not knowing my wife is Brazilian. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it wasn’t bad as was breakfast but could see several guests struggle with the under cooked eggs and bacon. The worst struggle though was determining that a small napkin dispenser in the bathroom was actually giving out 3”x5” slips of toilet paper. Quite the...
