I like the restaurant and space all around. What I did not like is that the roof top was closed so there was no space to sit outside for fresh air even if the pool was closed, they need to put some tables and chairs so people can enjoy the view or get some fresh air.

My second time I’m 2 weeks , first time internet wasn’t working properly, in my room , the second time door room is not closing properly , had to push hard to out back and close . Recommend clean couch to remove stain , room and reception area

Muito bom, recomendo e voltaremos.

Ficamos duas noites no hotel. O check-in foi rápido. Os atendentes são muito educados e prestativos. O hall de entrada é enorme e tem sofás confortáveis e livros caso precise esperar. Há dois elevadores, nao tinha tanto fluxo entao nao demorava nada pra chegar no meu andar. O quarto era limpo e com camas confortáveis. Tinha vista bacana para a cidade, frigobar com cerveja geladinha. O secador de cabelo é bem razoavel, é recomendável as mulheres levar de casa. A piscina é um show a parte, vista incrível para o Guaíba, por do sol magnífico alí, uma pena nao ser aquecida. A academia é bem básica, mas atende caso alguem queira fazer um treino. O café da manhã é bem variado. A localização é excelente, tem shoping pertinho. Dá para ir caminhando ou de patinete para a Orla. A regiao me parece segura, há muito policiamento por alí.

Hotel mto bem localizado, a vista é linda! Na data em que estive lá, o hotel estava em reformas, mas não alterou em nada a estadia. Ótima higiene. Pouca variedade no café, porém tudo de qualidade. O colchão achei bem ruim, antigo, desconfortável. Contudo, o restante compensa.

Já estive hospedado diversas vezes nesse hotel e infelizmente dessa última vez foi bem ruim. Iniciando pela chegada que nos deram um cartão de um quarto que já estava ocupado ou seja subimos ao quarto e consegui abrir a porta e tinha um casal lá . Posteriormente acabou a água . O ar condicionado funcionando muito mal e a TV também. Percebi que estão em reformas e talvez tenha sido isso. Relatei o ocorrido a atendente que foi cordial,porém nao se importou tanto . É uma pena! Hotel muito bem localizado e inclusive sempre gostei daquela região.
