「We stayed at The Heritage Courtyard for one night and honestly wished we had booked a longer stay. We arrived at 2:40 PM, and the check-in was quick and friendly. 「What a truly wonderful experience! We booked in for a whole week here for my 50th birthday and to see Angkor Wat - it was such a great decision. Slightly outside of town, we were able to completely cut off from the chaos and heat of Siem Reap and the temples and truly relax here. 「The resort is located at the middle between Angkor Wat and the middle of the downtown. Travelling to Angkor for sunrise or sunset takes about 15 minutes ride. Hotel staff are helpful on every matters, from the choice of food or getting help on reservation of restaurants, or recommending restaurants in the city. It is a boutique resort, the size of the resort is not comparable to those big chain hotels/resorts, but you may get very personnel services/greeting from the staff. They even can...

「相片和期望不乎，職員帶我地去suite 門口時，門外地板係掘空既，跟本入唔到門口，但職員似乎無行動去處理，直到我要求處理先處理好地板，但間房原來水喉水量唔夠，只可以浸浴先夠水洗澡，而熱水都唔夠熱，所以私人桑拿都係唔夠熱，床都係唔平，訓得唔係咁好；第二日終於有另一職員幫手處理床既問題，但此終都係解決唔到水既問題。 希望酒店可以認真解決設施既各個問題。」

The staff were helpful, and the laundry service was especially convenient. We really liked the location; it’s on the quieter side of town, but there are still plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and getting to the temples was easy. We’d love to stay here again!」
