"The spa and pool facilities are phenomenal. Easily the best hotel spa in the UK. Beautiful communal areas and grounds.
The dining options are slightly limited both in the restaurant, spa and room service.
We were charged £6 for a hot latte and £9 for a iced latte and both of them only half filled the taco cup that they were given in. Not sure why that iced latte cost £3 more when it was exactly the same, just cold not hot. Also service charge included on all food and drinks."
