"Really enjoyed our stay at this charming Inn. We stayed in the top floor unit which was a large two bedroom apartment with full kitchen. Large living room and dining area. The staff at both check in and at the restaurant was very pleasant and helpful. Was not cheap but was a lot of room for the money. "The property was ok but it could use a makeover"

"Terrible experience. If I could provide no stars I would do it. It should not be labeled as a luxury hotel there is nothing luxurious about it. Staff were rude and unhelpful. We were denied a late check-out request, which is acceptable it’s not guaranteed. However, the “manger” that was consulted by front desk staff was not even in the office he alleged. As we passed the office and saw no one in the office through the window. Just say we can’t accommodate you and that’s it. Nonetheless, the carpet, sides of the bed and the bathroom walls had stains. The bathroom wall had red dried stains. Disgusting. Towels had gray stains. The only amenities was a shower cap in a box and one soap. The lotion bottle attached to the wall and shampoo and conditioner attached to walk in the shower. None of the antibacterial stations throughout the hotel were filled. Hotel is definitely not worth $200+ a night and should not be labeled as luxury. It is not the Intercontinental."

"Let me just take a second to give a massive thank you to Jackie, the proprietor, for saving my butt last night! I had a very late arrival and completely forgot to call ahead. Could well have been sleeping in my car for the night. But Jackie made sure to not only go drop my key for pickup on arrival, but she also made sure my room was nice and cool when I got there. The Angel of Sussex they call her. Book this place!"
