「I had a beautiful big double room looking out over the sea. Despite the hotel being busy, it was quiet and I slept amazingly well. The staff were all very kind and helpful. It was a few short steps to the peaceful beach and easy to walk into Skegness town centre. 「From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the owner was very polite, helpful and welcoming and tentative. This is the 1st time we have stayed in this establishment and I will wholeheartedly recommend Northdale to everyone. The price is reasonable, the breakfast you receive is more than adequate. Fantastic location to the beach and town. No problems with parking. I would definitely recommend the deluxe suite as its the largest room in the whole hotel. There is a separate living room area...

「A beautiful building but in need of renovating, most of it was clean but a lot of high dust and cobwebs, the dining room was not clean at all, tables needed cleaning and food left uncovered with flies around, the staff was polite and friendly.」

「 Adam and his wife, both keepers of the hotel, are wonderful and very helpful. The family room is clean and tidy and spacious.A bit of challenge for family with heavy luggage as upper floor room got no lift. If the toilet has a larger mirror and the dining table larger for a family of four, the hotel deserves 6 of the full mark is 5.The hotel is close to the Lumley Street (the main shoppinh street).」

「Room and private bathroom was very clean, had a lovely hot shower, staff was polite and helpful, parking was not a problem at all」

「I would rate this as at the very best 2 star」
