「Very good experience , staff very helpful and very nice .spacious room, near city Centre in old town , a bit far away from krakow glowny train station. Have microwave oven , very convenient. 」

「The reception staff was helpful and made efforts to arrange for early check-in. The apartment is nice and modern. It is well-equipped. The location is close to the main train station and close to tram stops. Perhaps the management can re-look at the opening/closing of the shower glass door. It opens outwards and pushes the bath mat away; thus shower waters dripping wet on the floor. Perhaps the property can look at fitting a heating track in the bathroom. Overall, it's a nice place.」

「Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.」

「Lovely clean apartment, clean comfortable bed. Excellent location short walk to main square but no noise so good nights sleep. Local shops everywhere to pick up things like milk and bread. Well-equipped kitchen area, microwave, cooker top, fridge, iron and ironing board. Great shower and hairdryer, couldn’t fault it, would definitely recommend and would book again 👌 」

「really nice and not too far away from old town, only problem was we got told we needed to get a key for the apartment from the security, we went to the security and she didn’t speak any english so we struggled communicating. we then found out we didn’t need a key and actually needed a code which we were told it had been sent to us which it hadn’t. we eventually got it. 」
