「I had a very pleasant stay at The Trail Inn. The automated process for picking up my room key worked flawlessly. The facility is vastly improved from when I last stayed there over five years ago.」

「Pluses - Nice big comfortable rooms. Minuses - Noise from the hallway or next room. Also, they didn't clean the room or bathroom even though I left a placard out requesting service. We had to ask for clean towels from the front desk everyday.」

「Hotel staff were pleasant and efficient. Rooms were clean and quiet. Overall the place is a little dated but in good condition. 」

「Summertime, in Minnesota, the air conditioning in the room did not work properly. Had to sleep with the windows open to cool the room down. The hallway carpeting had deteriorated, and the door entry lock was broke. Had to use only one door to get in the building.」

「250 dollars for a Saturday night. Ridiculous, they are kinda outdated. I paid for two cabins for two nights. 800 bucks total. Had i known the couch was a hidabed....」
