「We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is spotlessly clean and my room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The bed was very comfy. We were met at the door by a very friendly gentleman who welcomed us to the Hotel and showed us to reception. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived giving us information on all surrounding areas and interesting places to visit and taking our cases to our room. 「The Norfolk Lodge Hotel was everything we expected it to be. We had a family room with a double bed and bunk beds. The room was quiet and comfortable. We had tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfasts were great. There was a good selection of hot and cold food. They even allowed us to have an early breakfast at 5.30am on the last day, due to an early flight. There was free parking on site. The location was good, and we could walk into St Helier.
