「Very charming and welcoming hotel. The staff in particular were very helpful and friendly. The only recommendation would be to pre-pay your breakfast as is much more expensive when you go to breakfast impromptu.」

「Where to start? The front receptionist was so helpful and dedicated to helping guests feel at home. Our room was attractive, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was way more than expected with both hot and cold items. The mimosas put the frosting on the cake. Then the location……..just off the main square, it was quieter and convenient to everything one would need for full walking access all around Bruges. I would highly recommend this hotel for guests that want to feel at home and well taken...

Frankly it is just not the same standard. Breakfast is always fabulous (the couple have been there for many years,and worked for the original owners,as above). 「Stunning property in a wonderful location. However, style over substance with the rooms and service. There is limited room to put anything, as surfaces are covered in ornaments. There was no full length mirror. Grounds were beautiful, but they appeared understaffed, and struggled to meet requests such as extra pillows (as we only got one each), and unable to man the bar when checking in guests etc. Had an unfortunate incident where we were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest....
