The reciception was kind with very professional attitude when we checked in, rooms were clean and tidy but the hot water supplement was not in well circumstance sometimes. Also the air conditioning was not good in ground floor. However, I still highly recommend to live here, it's quite convenient to get to any tourist hot spots with good price for your vacation in Brugge.

Location is great, which is within walking distance to train station and city centre where the most sightseeing spots located. And the hotel has very nice breakfast and coffee, and the restaurant serves nice food as well.

方便、清潔度可以

比較近brugge站的酒店房間燈光較暗，廁所也是。門口有人行過會聽到地板的聲音。沒有拖鞋、冰櫃。清潔度可以的。

Das Hotel war allgemein etwas unsauber. Leider wurde uns vorab nicht mitgeteilt, dass wir das Hotel mit dem Fahrzeug nicht erreichen können. Zuerst mussten wir einen Parkplatz im Parkhaus finden und danach mit unserem Gepäck das Hotel suchen. Etwas umständlich.

Close to the centre and easy to walk to from the station. Basic facilities but my room had a balcony and a much needed fan. Clean and great shower pressure. Happy!

We received an incredibly warm welcome from the lady on reception. Our top-floor room gave wonderful views over the city. The bathroom is slightly dated but perfectly acceptable. Breakfast was good, if slightly expensive. The area around the hotel offers a good selection of bars and restaurants. We found all the city sights to be easily walkable from the hotel.

Dieses Hotel besticht mit einer hervorragenden Lage, direkt an der Oper in Brügge. Unter dem Opernplatz ist eine riesige Tiefgarage die zwar nicht zum Hotel gehört, aber eine perfekte Parkmöglichkeit bietet. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. Ich habe das Hotel wegen der guten Lage und dem für Brügge günstigen Preis gebucht, daher war ich insgesamt nicht enttäuscht.

The hotel is in a great spot; walkable to everything in Bruges but just far enough outside the city centre so you’re not in the thick of it. There are plenty of great bars and restaurants around the hotel too.

O atendimento no ato do check in é muito eficiente e educado. Todas as informações são passadas aos hóspedes, de maneira cordial. O quarto e o banheiro são amplos. E a localização é excelente: perto da estação de trem e, também, do centro histórico onde estão as principais atrações turísticas.

The location is very good, and easily accessible from the train station near-by. However, the room (double standard) was extremely poor quality - despite t being claimed at check-in as being a renovated room: 1. The walls were dirty, scraped, and in some instances the painting had not been completed 2. Bed had no headboard - and wall was dirty and scraped 3. Room was dusty and you did not have to look very far to find dust around and under bed. 4. Bathroom had black mould in the shower/bath 5. Room had very little in the way of useful or practical amenities - paper cups not glasses, a small fridge that did not cool Requested an iron (as hotel advertises iron and iron board available) but there were no iron boards. Kinda like giving a car with no wheels. Made ironing difficult and laborious as not a suitable or safe surface to iron on. 6. Hotel was hot, stuffy and smelly... (even the elevator) and the general feeling was it needed a really good air-out 7. WORST of all was the rooms have no air-con. (which may be a city ordnance issues due to it being a historical site) but the rooms were stiflingly hot and even though a small fan was provided it was not sufficient to cool the room (it was also a very cheap fan so rattled and made more noise than necessary. I would say they fan noise may have kept me awake - but truth was I could hardly sleep due to the oppressive heat in the room. Overall not a positive experience in any way - although Brugge itself is stunning.

Good location about this property, very practical for a short trip to Bruges. Some rooms are rough, like the one I got. Staff was super friendly.

The location is excellent and within walking distance of all the key attractions. However the hotel, is terrible. The hotel smells of sewage and so do the rooms: There is no fridge, kettle or iron in the room. The safe is not secure and will not lock. The basin in not inside the toilet and you have to walk through the bedroom to wash your hands. The shower is an open shower and with a flimsy shower curtain.
