Great spot- place was rundown but is in the perfect spot close to beach and restaurants. Good price. No live tv - bring your own Roku with remote if you want to watch live tv.

Yard was a mess. Inside the blinds were broken. Didnt have the sense of privacy. Cabinet was propped up on a hinge. Nice walk to the beach.

Tv remote did not work. We even purchased new batteries. I reached out to the host via text message and they didn’t respond the first time. The next day I asked again and they responded once and then never responded to try to resolve the issue so we had 5 days without tv for my littles. Disappointing. The blinds are all messed up in the kitchen and people can see in. The bathroom towel racks are missing and the pool is pretty dirty. Overall not impressed. Honestly wouldn’t even care to say anything if our issue with the tv was addressed.

Excellent location

Best location since it’s pretty much walking distance to the beach and all the stores. The place has plenty of room and parking also a full kitchen and indoor Laundry. It’s basically a full size apartment with all the amenities. I would definitely rent this again when ever I am in west palm beach. If your family or children loves swimming there is a swimming area just few minutes walk from here which is underneath the bridge and it’s very safe for swimming as the water is calm and you will see some sea life there as well.

Low end bungalow

Window blinds don’t open or close, parts are broken,. One cabinet has a broke. Hinge, unit I was in was nothing like the picture. Yard and pool are disgusting. Place needs a complete makeover.
