Room in poor condition particularly the bathroom. Toilet dirty around lid hinges. Ordered meal by scanning QR code on table. After half an hour checked on progress to be told the order had not gone through. Reordered from the bar. Arrived after 40 minutes but both meals cold. Sent the meals back ...
