The location is very convenient and close to public transportation. An iron is available upon request. The service was quick and efficient. The only concern I had was that there were often groups of people standing outside the hotel entrance or around the property. I wasn’t sure whether they were hotel guests or just random people, which felt a bit concerning at times. Overall, everything else was fine and the stay was okay.

The hotel offers a pleasant stay with friendly staff. Its proximity to the MTR station is highly convenient. Guests will enjoy the abundant choices of local restaurants and the convenience of a Sheng Siong supermarket nearby. The only significant design suggestion is to redesign the bathroom door; a sliding door would be far more efficient than the current swing door, which wastes valuable space in the room.

The staff were so accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late. I lost the top of my electric trimmer and searched everywhere without success. The room cleaner found it! Only issue was not having soap at the sink (only in the shower).
