Staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. Issues with the room were resolved promptly. Great transport links and a 5 minute walk to the food hawker centre plus convenient stores literally next to the hotel. Very clean small room with drinks and kettle. If you can live out of your suitcase, then it's very reasonably priced.

Sufficient space for couples to stay. Surrounded by bus stops. Staffs are polite and welcoming. Felt safe in the late nights. Hot water is the only shortcoming where water is only luke warm/not cold

Overall, our stay was enjoyable except for a water drainage problem that caused loud noise throughout the night. However, after informing the reception, they kindly upgraded us to a better room to resolve the unpleasant issue. Great location, very safe, and friendly people!

I wasn't expecting a luxurious stay when I booked this hotel and it was just as advertised. There is plenty to do in the area. There is a hawker centre nearby and many other food and beverage options. Public transport is good in this neighbourhood and many other amenities are a short walk away if desired. The hotel itself was basic but the bed was comfortable and the shower decent. That's all I asked and that's all I got!

The service ist just great. We could borrow an umbrella, they gave us a second duvet and they helped us with finding a bus to Kuala Lumpur. The cleaning staff was great too. We had major jetleg and even though we left the room after 14pm the room still got cleaned up. It was a little noisy at night because of the other guests and the metro is a little bit to far away. But its a great bidget friendly hotel.
