「Very Clean」

「Hotel service is good, but facilities in room which are worn a little bit. Also, there is nothing around the hotel. However. This area like such as a small downtown, not so urban here. So, shall not take so highly criteria to evaluate it. Overall speaking, it is acceptable to me.」

「Had a pleasant stay for three nights with parents. Great hospitality by all the staff members. Amazing new year party at the banquet hall, kudos to the organizers. Good options for breakfast buffet and also ordered a delicious chocolate cake for the new year. Good food, good spa service, good swimming pool and beautiful ambience. Definitely choosing this place by default when in Coimbatore.」

「Exceptional all the way. Checking in was quick. Ms.R at the front desk was very helpful, she even let me borrow her iPhone charger. Staff were very pleasant, professional and helpful. Room service was very good. The room service menu was very detailed, easy to understand. Even accommodated late check out time. I will go back again and I would recommend it. 」

「Water inside room is packed in a glass bottle, the cap was full of dirt- not sure how many people has been drinking the water. Room service attended after 3 hours, need to keep reminding them that I asked for service.There was a lucky draw spinner and I got the picture was depicted as pair of wine glass- the receptionist confirmed it’s applicable in the bar-when I asked it at the bar they said it was limited to mock tail! When I returned to reception there was different receptionist- who stated...

「Clean, quiet and well-maintained hotel in a fantastic location. The famous all-vegetarian Annapoorna restaurant is downstairs. The complementary buffet breakfast was also outstanding. We will definitely stay here when we visit Coimbatore next.」

「We booked non AC rooms and the room is spacious and there is a window for ventilation, the double bed is quite wide too. The down side is that there are only two plug points(in a three person room), so carry one of those multiplug things to charge your devices.」

「We paid 11k for one night. The room we were given had no windows, was so tight they after putting in the rollaway, the only way to get off the bed was from the other end. The location is quite far from central Coimbatore. There aren't many food options right by and the road is very busy so it takes time to cross the street. They also offer breakfast up until 10:30 am after which all you can get is a sandwich and coffee. Ah yes, and in the 11k, breakfast was NOT included. 」

「The staff was polite but we stayed for 3 days, no room service. No one came to do bedsheet or clean. The bathroom didn't have running hot water. The restaurant food was subpar. Didn't have Wi-Fi even though it was listed as an amenity. Had wall fan which was too loud. Never going again.」

「Simple but good facility. If you are good with “not fancy” you will be fine with this. Clean rooms, clean sheets, thoughtful - toiletries, toilet paper etc. Not your shiny Holiday Inn but quite adequate. Booked via Expedia, check in was quick. Restaurant downstairs has mixed menu - vegetarian and non-vegetarian if it matters. There is a A2B right around the corner. 」

「On the plus side the staff were friendly and helpful- breakfast was varied and tasty. The bed linen and bath towels were fresh and clean. The bathroom however could have been cleaner. There was no hot water and the air condition did not work. The photos on the internet must have been taken many years ago as they do not show the state of the hotel as it is now」

「Nice hotel for a quick stay Clean and well kept hotel. Breakfast was good. Service can be better as my request for soap never got fulfilled. I just did not bother after no one attended to it. 」
