「Very much enjoyed our stay. Very efficient check in for our group of 6. One of the very few hotels that scan passports quickly rather than make photocopies. Rooms were excellent with a lot of attention to finer details. Lobby restaurant was excellent with great menu, very efficient and friendly service and great quality of food. 「Hotel service is good, but facilities in room which are worn a little bit. Also, there is nothing around the hotel. However. This area like such as a small downtown, not so urban here. So, shall not take so highly criteria to evaluate it. Overall speaking, it is acceptable to me.」

「It was a splendid experience. The staff was really courteous and was ready to do anything for the guest. The breakfast also was really fantastic and had a wide range of spread. The room was spacious enough and had a small work space as well. 」

「我們是台灣人，這次來到印度主要是來isha朝聖，對於印度相當不熟悉，語言上有些困難，但是經理Vinoth給予很大的協助，像是盡全力連上我們的網路、幫我們叫車到isha、給予無微不至的關懷，給予他們的服務人員們很大的肯定，是我們在印度的庇護所。另外這間度假飯店的環境相當清幽與舒服，房務人員相當優秀，整理得很乾淨且舒適。最重要的是，整個度假飯店的能量氛圍很好，身心靈都相當放鬆，也可試試SPA，會有不一樣的感受！如果再有機會來到印度，一定會再來！ 建議：在飯店內的消費沒有明細，如果能詳細且專業的紀錄或提供每次消費的收據，那會更讓人更加放心。」
