「I had booked this room for my father . When they reqched the hotel, the caretaker told him that no payment or booking had been received. After my dad showed the reciept and payment, the manager turned up about half an hour later . They told my father that a room wasn't available and asked my father for a 1000 Rs deposit for another room.
