The pool was nice. But they were painting the floor by the pool so the smell prevented me from going to the pool
Shower by the pool were not very nice
Staff was not amways very responsive - had to ask several times for a towel and bathrobe
Breakfast was great!
Overall it’s a nice hotel
Location is close to airport in a zone where there is nothing else. So takes min 30-40 min to get to town

Hotel is dated, and rooms don’t feel comfortable due to condition e.g. Bathrooms have caulking that is dirty, luggage storage area smelt bad, furniture is stained/damaged. Additionally, I requested a non-smoking room, and after being taken by staff to three different rooms they all stunk of smoke. Food and restaurants at hotel are good. Wouldn’t recommend to stay here if you have mid-to-high standards.

A great hotel to stay when you visit Coimbatore, for business or for pleasure, has the best restaurants around, comfortable and clean room, pool, gym, spa and other facilities. Spacious well designed lobby suitable for business meetings.

Nice hotel close to the airport. A bit far outside if you go to Coimbatore center.
Very big and nice pool for swimming, friendly and attentive staff, large and good quality breakfast, room was spacious, but the matrace was old and very soft. One negative, otherwise good value.

the gym is a joke its very very old , the hotel doesnt start operating until 7.00am so if u want to workout early morning you cant, breakfast is again by 7.00 if you ask the breakfast guys to give you a bottle of water they say it will be chargeable , location is only thing going for this hotel and the staff is good

It was fine. Surprisingly, housekeeping didnt clean the room or make up the bed in the morning. They didn’t clear old dishes either (from the morning). Restaurant service was slow but food quality and quantity was good.
