「I want my money back. This was the most horrific hotel if they could even call it a hotel it’s more like a shack in the middle of nowhere. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom smelled like mothballs. There was a hole in the wall, where a part of the tub was missing and they put tape over it. The shower curtain was filthy bugs on the floor. I have photos of the room.」

「My family and I arrived at this hotel at 1am and our experience was extremely disappointing. The room was disgusting the floors were filthy, there were dead bugs throughout the room, and the smell was horrible. The blanket also appeared dirty, very unsanitary. 「We rented the Jacuzzi room which cost extra the room, smelt, wet and musty. The first day we tried to use the Jacuzzi in the room. There was no hot water and no power to that section of the room we gave notice on the front desk. It was not repaired. We checked out and did not spend the second day there. They had also put children in a room above us that were purposely stomping back-and-forth for an hour.」
