「The reception staff were extra-ordinary. Their friendliness, helpful attitude, and customer centered focus made this a delightful experience. One of the above staff members, Yadlia, really made this the Best of the Best stays in Katowice. Since I had a gate controlled outside parking space, she would open and close the gate when my car was at the gate. What service! The whole staff including the restaurant, housekeeping, and grounds employees were the most important part of making this hotel...

「Staff at the front desk were really helpful. The room was small but perfectly comfortable and had great amenities, including soft lighting (not just big overhead lights), soap, shampoo etc, a functioning kitchenette, tea and coffee, and a comfy bed. Bonus that the TV also connected to YouTube, Netflix etc. Easy to get to from the train station and a short walk to the main square. Was really happy with the whole experience of staying here and would stay here again.」

「It is the best and the only 5 stars hotel in katowice city. Staff were very helpful. Only take 3 minutes to Mariacka street and 5 minutes to train station by walking. Their facilities are perfect, even has heated floor in bathroom. Would recommend to stay here if you have enough budget.」

「Lovely brand new hotel - recently taken over by VOCO IHG chain. Breakfast was amazing with good choices. Transport links were easy. 1hr to get the train to Krakow. Get the AP bus also - airport to hotel area in around 40 mins and cost 7 zloty each. A cab on arrival was 258!! Lovely coffee machine and kettle in the room. We had a standard room which had a sofa. Very good deal. 」
