"Het was niet fijn daar alles is vies kapot of niet aanwezig. Bedwantsen wel aanwezig. Douche te vies om onder te staan. Vloer te vies om overheen te lopen. Dichtbij centrum maar daar mag je door werkzaamheden nu niet lopen. Ligt in een vervallen wijk.
