A true GEM while visiting Florence.

The guys at the front desk are absolutely out of the ordinary. The apartment is a high-class, modern piece of beauty. I'll just mention: LED lighting all around, two 50" TV's (one of the 3D), playstation, high quality linen, very modern bathroom (with ambience music if you want), excellent amenities all in pristine shape. If you're looking for a high end quality stay, this is a great option. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Chambre dont les volets ne peuvent être fermés ou ouverts qu'à partir d'une cour intérieure (dont nous n'avions pas l'accès : il fallait à demander à l'accueil...) . Le petit déjeuner est très maigre : 2 pâtisseries au choix et une boisson à prendre en dehors de l'hôtel à une centaine de mètres. Ce n'est vraiment pas le top : dans un bar-pâtisserie où un va-et-vient incessant des habitués du quartier viennent prendre un café. Pour l'accès il faut sonner à l'entrée puis donner le n° de chambre pour ouvrir la porte : peu pratique !... Par contre, la personne qui s'occupe de la clientèle est de bon conseil et serviable.

É um hotel familiar ,bem pequeno ,o check in foi ok ,porém o recepcionista não se ofereceu para ajudar com as malas com dois lances de escadas ,nos deu poucas informações da cidade …o café da manhã vc recebe um papel que dá direito a um croissant e um café na cafeteria na frente do hotel e nada mais atem disso .ha uma caminhada de 20 mim se chega ao tem que passa de z50/50 mim para estação central .pqra nossa surpresa a cidade não dispõe de táxi nem Uber ,chegamos de táxi e tivemos que arrastar malas pela cidade para ir até a estácao de trem .de táxi da estação novela em Florença até o hotel gastamos 60 euros .a cidade de sigma onde fica o hotel não dispõe de atrativo nenhum então melhor ficar em Florença mesmo

Più che un hotel la definirei una pensioncina. Il personale di servizio molto cordiale ma la struttura lasciava molto a desiderare. Mi spiego meglio: - l'albergo è evidentemente stato "ricavato" in qualche maniera e si sviluppa su tre piani. Piano terra ha una piccola reception; primo piano al quale si accede con poche scomode scale, da accesso ad alcune camere ed il secondo, dopo una rampa di scale abbastanza ripida, da accesso ad altre camere. Il mobilio è di modesta fattura ed il bagno (benché pulito) era in condizioni d'uso pessime (mobiletti economici con evidenti segni di usura, porta asciugamani non ben fissati alle pareti, ecc.) il tutto dava una evidente aria di vetustà. Pur capendo che, trovandosi nei dintorni di Firenze, i prezzi siano quello che sono ma sinceramente penso che il prezzo sia "fuori fascia", anche in considerazione della zona dove è ubicata la struttura. Non avrei obiettato nulla se il costo fosse stato di € 60\70 (eravamo in tre persone ed abbiamo speso €110 con poche decine di euro in più, sui siti di ricerca, era possibile accedere ad altre strutture apparentemente di maggior pregio). Comunque la nottata è passata tranquillamente, l'acqua calda in bagno c'era, anche se penso vi fosse un'autoclave da regolare (all'inizio l'acqua manifesta chiari sbalzi di pressione ma poi funziona regolarmente). Mi è dispiaciuto scrivere questa recensione perché il personale alla reception è stato davvero piacevole e cordiale.

Buona sistemazione

Hotel piccolo ed accogliente camera pulita e spaziosa ma un po rumorosa (almeno la nostra tripla) perchè direttamente sulla strada principale. Non ha frigo bar se avete bisogno di acqua provvedete prima. Per una notte veloce nei dintorni di firenze va piu che bene. Buona sistemazione se si viaggia con la macchina.

Majapaikka on melko kaukana firenzestä. Huoneessa haisi home. Huoneeseen piti palata viimeistään 00:30, joka oli hieman outoa, eikä se näkynyt hinnassa. Siivous ajankohta oli epäselvä ja aamuisin oveen koputettiin, muttei tapahtunut mitään. Yöpaikkana huone oli ihan toimiva mutta muuten ei. Plussaa ilmastoinnista joka helpotti kuumina päivinä.

Muito boa. Estavamos em viagem pela Toscana e ficamos 2 dias. Graças as dicas do Sr proprietario tudo correu perfeitamente bem O hotel fica a 15 caminhando do trem que leva a cidade ( 15 minutos também) O estacinamento do hotel é na rua em uma area comercial. Quartos ok Banheiro ok porém boxe pequeno NO GERAL VALEU MUITO !!!!

Cheap comfortable and satisfied!!!

We chose to stay here because everything was too expensive to stay in Florence, it was a short train ride but at least a 15 minute walk and a taxi wasn’t an option, so with our big heavy backpacks it wasn’t a fun walk. One thing to mention our host was super friendly which made us forget about the walk! The room is very dated thought it was 1980s but very comfortable! Breakfast isn’t on sight but a walk across the road to a lovely bakery. Our host was really lovely just unfortunate the area is so dead! There is so much potential. We went to a Scottish themed pub only a few minutes away the staff there were very friendly especially the young boy he thought us a few words in Italian. All and all the room was very clean, staff were friendly, the people are fantastic but nothing to do there!

All'arrivo in tarda serata ho suonato il campanello ed è arrivato direttamente il proprietario ad aprire. Molto gentile e mi ha chiesto se volevo scegliere quale camera prendere per la notte dato che ne erano rimaste soltanto due libere. Già dopo la prima ho accettato direttamente, avendola trovata deliziosa. Mi ha offerto una bottiglia d'acqua per la notte. La camera era dotata di aria condizionata, rete antizanzare alla finestra, tv e connessione internet. Bagno con doccia e asciugacapelli. Quello che ho trovato molto affascinante è stato anche l'arredamento delle parti comuni dell'hotel: ingresso e corridoio. Un tocco di stile! Per la colazione sì affidano ad un bar pasticceria di fronte, dall'altro lato della strada: c'è la possibilità di scegliere tra una bevanda calda e due brioches o una brioches e una bevanda fredda (tipo un succo). Se ripasso in zona, so dove prenotare. Da provare!
