This was an amazing stay! The onsen was nice and relaxing and the breakfast was so delicious! We did forget to book dinner ahead so don't be like us or you may miss out - they need a 3 day notice in advance. The shower water was warm as well, we had no issues with it. Our favorite stay during our 2 week Japan trip. Incredible amenities (hot spring, sauna, heated floors, projector), amazing views of Hakone Shrine and Fuji, and a smooth check-in process. The bus stop, 7/11, and pirate ship dock are a 2-min walk away and were incredibly convenient.
