「The room was beautiful with a patio that overlooked the lush hillside. The dining area was pleasant and the food was good. The onsen, however, could stand some refurbishment. The hotel advertises late checkout but I was told that 11:00 am constitutes late checkout. This seems like a bit of a scam to me. Made my departure more rushed than a I planned for it to be.」

「We had a wonderful time in this beautiful hotel and it was the best decision to stay 2 nights since there are 5 to 6 onsen places here! And the staff Junna and Ishihara are lovely and attentive to our needs, hotel breakfast and dinner are all tasty and you can enjoy in the room with a great view(the room Hara is recommended), we also borrowed auto-bike from the hotel with a fair price (2 for 500 yen/hour) exploring this small quiet place with bike is a must!」

「傳統的日式旅館，服務十分周到，從CI到CO都非常親切，內部保持乾淨，房間在二樓，沒有電梯，行李是服務人員協助送到房間，不會造成太大困擾，部分走道空間可能曬不到太陽有些許霉味，整體飯店內部還是木頭香氣環繞。住宿提供早餐，傳統日式早餐很豐盛，也很好吃，旅館提供免費wifi，長輩剛好想使用無法連上(我們自己都有準備esim不太受影響)，但旅館服務人員還是親切送上賠禮，非常感謝!」

「位于户田御滨崎公园边上，面向骏河湾，海景及室内温泉都是一级棒，晚餐有当地特色的高足蟹，非常丰盛，因为是中国游客还专门给我找了会说中文的服务生，服务非常周到，可以帮忙预约租车等服务，还有专车负责到户田公交站的接送，总之住宿体验很棒。」

「I wish I could give this hotel 100 stars. The location was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been, the staff service was unbeatable, and the meal they prepared for us was delicious and memorable. The onsen area was clean and beautiful, and I would recommend to anyone to make the trip out to Heda. Truly a unique and special experience and I can’t wait to go back. 」

「酒店在半山坡上，最大特点是风景优美，面向芦之湖，清晨看富士山美极了，还可以泡汤看美景。酒店距离桃源台三分钟车程，酒店负责接送到桃源台，桃源台这里有餐馆，可额外预定早餐。酒店人员热情周到，并可讲中英日语。这个酒店在箱根地区价格算相当友好了，总体体验很棒，会推荐给亲朋好友。」

「Gorgeous! So serene and feels rural even though its steps from the cable car stop. The room was really large, and of course the main attraction is the private on-porch onsen. I made the most of the hot spring, and I couldn’t get over the view from the dining room! Great place to unwind for 1-2 days on your trip, just like a spa—hang out in the onsen, enjoy the multi-course meals, and if you do feel like leaving, walk a few steps down the road to the Hakone ropeway and see if you can get a...

「Although the public onsen pool is out of service at the time we visit, it is still a lovely place to relax! Very good service and environment, also the in-room private onsen is really enjoyable! The dinner and breakfast is delicious and exquisite! Overall a really good place to stay!」
