We checked in at 4am and it took the front room staff a long time to verify our booking even after showing hum a print out and online verification of our booking. 「If you are looking for a serene hotel with fabulous staff and clean surroundings in Mumbai then this is the hotel for you. It was the first time staying at a Taj hotel group hotel and all I can say is that if this hotel is anything to go by, I will be reappearing it. The room was clean, great breakfasts daily, and lovely facilities. I was even fortunate to use the spa facilities which were first class.
