"The bad part about the stay was a smoke alarm a fire alarm going off at 6 o’clock in the morning throughout the whole entire hotel and beeping and buzzing for the next four hours with a lot of alarms in blinking lights that was the bad part about the stay and have to go outside while the fire department showed up early in the morning. I’ve been being woken up to the fire alarm."

"Did not honor cancellation"

"I was canceled about an hour before check-in time. When I was able to reach a hotel "ambassador" after 3 attempts, I was told 1st Class Guests take precedence over me. THIS IS UNNACCEPTABLE. If I had canceled this late, I would still have been charged. RESERVATIONS MEAN NOTHING TO THIS HOTEL."

"I got in late and left early, but the room was very clean, bed was comfortable to sleep on and noise level was low. It was nice that you could open the window and get fresh air since it was a nice night. Some of the doors were tricky to open with my key. The front desk assistant was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area for travel "

"This place was by far the worst I have stayed at in a while. They did not let you know there was no breakfast but advertised they did state it was under construction but still changed full price. Laundry was broken could not use. They didn’t have clean rooms there was a bloody noise bogey on the shower curtain when we arrived and it was still there when we left probably still there. Never would I stay there again not even for free "
