They even refunded our last day stay without asking as we had to leave a day earlier due to approaching typhoon.We arrived at midnight by train and the manager met us on site to welcome us and explain everything. "Great host and communication. The house is cozy and it had everything we needed. The air conditioning was great in the Japanese heatwave. In just under 10 minutes, you can walk to some of the nicest streets in Kyoto with temples and cafes. However, everything around there closes quite early and becomes really quiet - so be aware if it’s not your vibe. Not a big deal for me, though. The only real issue is that the property is not very accessible: the closest bust stop is about 15 min away and...

Great location next to a scenic temple. We had the breakfast in our room. It was tasty and a reasonable price. I highly recommend it! "
