「Phenomenal place to stay! Booked this property twice on our trip to Brazil. The staff was fantastic from start to finish. We arrived early and our room wasn’t quite ready but they were set up to allow you the ability to store your luggage and change to enjoy the rooftop pool and bar. I left my oura ring the first stay and they found it and kept it over a week without us even having a follow up reservation. Forgot to put the sign on our room for no house keeping one day. There was stuff all over...

「Strange security system that requires you to be buzzed in upon arrival at the hostel, but if no one is at the reception desk, you just have to patiently wait until someone shows up to buzz you in (as I did for several minutes when I checked at around 2:30 pm on a weekday).」

「The toilet was already blocked with the first time using it. We asked at the reception to fix it but they did not. The shower kept dripping the entire time and the bed was also not that comfortable. The location is good and the breakfast was also really good.」
