「The hotel manager, Nancy, is unbelievable in terms of Customer Service and going above and beyond. I’ve never been to this hotel and just chose it randomly at the last minute and cannot believe how she has bent over backwards to make us comfortable and help us. My son was in a skiing accident in the area and was taken by ambulance to the hospital here and his dad and I who live out of state were flying here frantically to try to get to him, but were delayed with bad weather.
