「1) Make sure the AC works (room 230 didn't work properly. It stayed in the 75 degree range). 2) Make sure the ice machines work (2nd floor ice machine did not work). 3) If you advertise a hot tub please have one available. (It looks like the one area where a hot tub was supposed to be is permanently covered). 4) The elevator sounds like it need some work (Gear grinding noise going up and down, possible safety hazard? ). 5) Overall, the place looks and is rundown and not well kept 😑! 「Rented it for our HVAC installer and his help for the week. They said it was very nice, beds were comfortable and it was clean. Also having a full kitchen was a huge plus and not to mention the nice pool to cool off after working in the heat all day.」

「We arrived Friday night for a weekend stay. The last working Friday night was great! Saturday morning we had a request and Anthony helped us. He went above and beyond to accommodate our situtation. Can’t thank him enough. The breakfast attendant didn’t get her name but she was the sweetest. Overall the staff 10/10. The hotel was clean, we’d stay here again.」
