Toilet & bathroom are clean & nice enough. Breakfast is good with seafood rice bowls & a good selection of breakfast items to meet most needs. "

"while not the most attractive location (having parking lots and a highway nearby), I give it five stars for convenience of location and also for sufficient soundproofing so that we never heard the highway from a room on the eighth floor, not did we hear people in neighboring rooms. A particular highlight for us was the rooftop onsen. After a full day of walking, tram-riding, and sightseeing, it was a treat to visit the onsen and relax in the hot water while overlooking the nighttime lights of the city and its harbor."

"朝 食とお風呂については、評判通りの素晴らしい内容でした。また、スタッフの方々のご対応も文句のつけようがありませんでした。 しかし私達が泊まったツインのお部屋は、カーテンが少なくとも2ヶ所は大きく破れており、外から中の様子が見える様な感じがありました。また部屋の壁紙も目立つ位置が凹んでいたりといった具合で、今すぐ大掛かりな改修は難しくても、せめて目立たないよう補修を施すといった工夫を頂けないものかと、少々残念に 思い、全体評価を下げました。 厳しい意見となりましたが、一人あたりの宿泊費で考えた場合こういう気持ちを抱いた次第です。"

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. The young lady at reception showed us the website of live camera by the observatory so that we can check visibility from the hill top. Hotel location is perfect and an easy stroll to the most beautiful part in Hakodate. The decoration of former bank converted hotel is cool and stylish. The bathroom in double room is spacious in Japanese standard while the room is a bit cramped but we managed as we only spent two nights "
