Lodges in Shimotakai District

"古さは感じますが、全体的に綺麗でスタッフの方も親切です。"

"Great place to stay at in Nagano. Close to the train station, a cheaper option than most hotels. Our room was clean and the shared bathrooms and bathrooms, too."

"Nice place to stay with great staff, onsen and food. No other options for food locally"

"廃業したペンションを買い取って経営してるみたいだ、リホームすれば、よくなるかな？ オーナーが良さそうです、色々心配してくれて良かったです。"

"I chose this hotel for its location next to a ski resort and I liked the look of the tatami rooms. This hotel is very cheap and you get what you pay for. The room was small and old, the futon mattresses you use to make your bed were thin and I woke up achy every day. The staff were helpful and friendly with limited English. We tried a meal at the hotel and were asked to pay in advance and then given no menu - we just got what was given (which wasn’t bad actually). Theu have their own rental for...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Yamadasan, the lodge was really cool and we felt welcome from the minute we walked in the door. I highly recommend this lodge if you are looking to stay in Madarao"

"何度か利用させていただいでて、勝手に自分の定宿だと思わせていただいてます。今回は急遽人数の変更がありましたがご対応くださりすみませんでした。食事も申し分なかったですがなにより1人で部屋で飲んだホットワインは沁みました笑　心落ち着く時間をありがとうございます。また、行きます！"

"There is no TV within the apartment. No convenient store for buying things at around location. The area is too remote and no dining facilities."

"It was a great stay. I love the vibe and everything about the Snowball Chalet. "

"The young owners of this property are very sweet, kind and really try to be helpful. They seemed that had not quite got the hang of being proprietors, but they are very likable. Compared to other places we stayed cluttered with not quite the same and amenities. The owner was very helpful when we got stuck in snow bank during a snowstorm via messages. If you get a chance, listen to Echo play the piano "
