The customer service from the staff was the best part of the hotel- they were more than attentive and polite. The ocean views are wonderful and the complimentary massage chairs were relaxing.

This accommodation was one of my favorite in japan. The seaview from the room is amazing as well as the onsen. Rooms were very clean, spacious and the employees were extremly friendly. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We booked the ocean view room with the outdoor bath! What an experience. While the room/ bathroom were slightly outdated, it sufficed for our stay. Wished we could’ve used the onsen for more days but unfortunately we only booked for one night! Lots of foreigners working there from all background, but they spoke Japanese and had great hospitality

The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to help in whatever way they could. All rooms have an ocean view which is fantastic... you could open your windows and hear the waves crashing against the shore below. Also the terrace just outside the bar / lounge area was ideal for watching the setting sun. Worth the trip down there for the location
