「I love this Days Inn. The wonderful staff seem to care for it like it was a proper family run hotel. There is a wild garden outside for the bees and seed poles for the birds and recycling bins outside the main entrance, IN A MOTORWAY SERVICE STATION !! Always a warm human and funny welcome. 「Check in was easy and the staff were amazing during my entire stay. I stayed in a single room, the room was surprisingly spacious and well laid out and had a decent sized bathroom. Couple of things to note: Room was on the third floor, there is no elevator. Not too much of a problem as the stairs are not steep or narrow. 「This hotel is always welcoming. I like the peace of the location and the absence of the big chain feel. Staff are like family and hotel has character. This stay over Xmas was enjoyable and provided a good base for family visits. Breakfast is legendary and a great start to the day. ( I have one breakfast credit I will be back to claim 😊) Bed was comfortable and shower was good those are the big asks. It has a small bar area that is quaint.
