"Great location on the lake and close to the main hub of Queenstown. Beds comfy and rooms clean. Staff friendly. Disappointed with our room (254) view (overlooked carpark and laundry) Would stay again but would upgrade to room with guaranteed view of at least the mountains and/or lake."

"Staff is friendly. Room is so spacious but it’s dark, not enough light. The hotel is on the hill so if someone has the knee problem then this is not the good hotel to stay. Other than that, the hotel is nice and is walkable to shops and restaurants, specifically the Fergburger, Fergbaker and gelato."

"we had a lake view room and really enjoyed our stay. the views were stunning and the doors/windows were nice and thick blocking most of the airplane/boat noise. the room was very spacious with we enjoyed the gas fireplace heater for added ambience. everything was clean and the staff were friendly. bathroom is a bit dated (cracked tiles, loose showerhead) but still overall would recommend and would stay again."

"Hi we travelled from Uk for a holiday, In simple consolidate every thing was amazing. Start from food to end at staff. Kalisha the lady at the bfast longe was the centre of attraction, so caring n concerned for everyone. Would love to come same hotel again."
