The location of the place is good and metro station close by. A lot of shops, restaurants and shopping malls are directly opposite of the place (AVIC City). The room was really spacious and there was nothing defective but unfortunately shows some serious wear in basically every corner. Additionally the dark woodish style makes the room feel very old school. Breakfast was nice with a wide selection of various foods, both western and Asian but seating space is rather limited (staff opened up seats in the hot pot restaurant opposite of the breakfast room). Gym unfortunately is only basic and the machines a bit meh.

Second visit and it was just as comfortable and welcoming. Everything was good. The washing machine did take a long time to complete its wash and dry cycle. Can be better there.

This is the 3rd time I stayed at the hotel. The hotel is very conveniently located with a big mall right beside it with so many restaurants inside to choose from. There is also a huge supermarket at the far end of the mall. The electronic market HuaQiang North is just like 5 minutes walk away. The washing machine was not working in our room so we called the front desk. A technician came in a timely manner but was not quite able to figure out a solution and indicated the unit would need to be replaced. We thought there was no way the hotel would get us a new washer in time … maybe in a few days. Lo and behold!! We heard noises after about 30 minutes outside our door and went out to take a look. The technician came back with his lady supervisor, another staff AND a brand new washer! The supervisor tried some more testing and the washer was fixed on the spot. We were glad that the machine was fixed not requiring a new replacement but absolutely amazed by the fact that Fraser Suites would have spare washer for replacement at any time. Their staff was also very efficient. We felt assured that there was always door person at the entrance of the hotel who greeted us warmly. For room cleanliness, staff efficiency and accessibility, Fraser Suites would be my first choice of stay at Shenzhen.

A Safe and reliable. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped. Laundry, kitchenette, mini office. The staff are attentive and the security is very friendly and helpful. House keeping is a turnaround of under 5 mins. Late check out is a very standout option here at 2pm! This is the 2nd time I stayed at Fraser Suite Shenzhen. Love the location, proximity to shopping and plenty restaurants to choose from. Facility is clean and quite well maintained. A The rooms were superbly fitted out. Lux bathrooms and firm comfortable, clean beds. The toiletries were also off high quality. The room climate controls were cutting edge and the temperature was always pleasant. The staff were very friendly, even offering to order a midnight snack and deliver it to my door. Will stay again!

Coming from Canada, I found this hotel to be absolutely perfect. The suite was incredibly spacious, among the most I've ever experienced. The staff greeted me warmly and were exceptionally friendly. Having a washer/dryer in the suite was incredibly convenient. And the morning breakfast buffet, included in the stay, was both amazing and extensive. I would unquestionably choose to stay here again in the future.

Great Shenzhen hotel.

Fraser is great. Hotel staff very much accommodating. Breakfast is delicious. Love the roofdeck gym and pool. Only complaint, sometimes internet gets kinda slow. But its alright. Hiro (Manager) is helpful. Channing (front desk) is an expert with the parcels and luggage. They gladly kept my luggage since i wasnt able to bring it to my flight cuz overweight. Will definitely be coming back.
