I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The hotel room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities were thoughtfully arranged, making me feel right at home. What truly stood out was the staff (Mr. Jacky Wang)— they were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was professional yet friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Not very satisfactory

4 pillows were all stinky. I cannot sleep while I slept on the pillows. Room was hot even though we opened 2 windows. Room condition was okay. Facilities are well maintained. 4 lifts were not quite enough. During peak hour, we needed to wait. 20 people waited at the lobby and when lift arrived. All the people rushed in, super-crowded, not to mention, there were robots which fight with us for the lift space.

Good basically. Except spent 1,200 HKD for two persons for staying a few hours. NO breakfast at a remote hotel. It was crazy! Staff said breakfast was not included. While seeing the promotion insude luft, 800 dollars, breakfast inclusive. Sort of feeling being cheated, stolen and killed. :)

Not very satisfactory.

Family room's condition was quite poor. There was even a hole on the wall. Sound proof was poor as well. We could hear sound every where at the night. The room was facing a major road. When we opened the window, it was noisy. If we closed the window, it was very hot. There was no tent in the room, which was shown in the room's picture. Children was disappointed. The bedsheet for the children bed did not even cover the mattress. They just put on top of the mattress. Children saw some black spots on the mattress and complained about the cleanliness. I would expect better for this price.
