"Great hotel Very safe & clean hotel Staff are very helpful Hotel has a full TSA search to enter so be mindful what you have in your suitcase Only bad part of hotel is every thing is expensive in hotel Food n drink prices are higher inside hotel Taxi price thru the hotel are ridiculously expensive For example: they were trying to charge us $80 for a ride to airport n when I book with Uber it's only $10 Best thing to do is to have an Uber app because all rides are $10 or less Do not rent a car out there you will regret it"

"Excellent hotel, great location with awesome staff in every category from front desk, housekeeping, poolside and restaurants very helpful and always asking if I need anything. Breakfast buffet is wonderful with lots of options and is worth having a great breakfast before going on with your day activity. Room are clean and Ihab the housekeeper was awesome taking care our room. Had a great stay."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Stay at Hilton Cairo Grand Nile We had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Cairo Grand Nile and would gladly give the hotel 5 stars. The location along the Nile is beautiful, the atmosphere is elegant and relaxing, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. Our room was comfortable, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the Nile. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices and fresh, delicious food. It was a wonderful way to start each morning. Overall, Hilton Cairo Grand Nile provided us with a memorable and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo and looking for excellent hospitality, comfort, and a beautiful Nile-side location. A truly 5-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"The stay was wonderful overall. The manager at breakfast was excellent, as was the maître d’, and the staff were generally outstanding, with just one exception. The manager in particular was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. I really enjoyed the property, especially as I was there for work. The amenities were lovely, although I felt the swimming pool was too small, while the gym, located in an adjacent building, was perhaps too large. In a way, this takes away slightly from the sense of exclusivity that the property otherwise offers. Arcan Plaza was excellent. The hairdresser was amazing, and the Lebanese restaurant was absolutely brilliant. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. If you are visiting for a holiday and are particularly looking forward to spending time by a pool, this may not be the ideal choice. However, if you are travelling for work, I think it is a perfect fit."
