"This place was horrible, the picture for this hotel must have been taken when it opened 30 years ago. It had awards on the wall behind the front desk assistant, what a joke!! The man reiterated to me three times nonsmoking room, we don’t smoke so not a big deal except for the fact everyone else has been smoking in the room. It smelt like we sleep on mattress that was placed inside the worlds largest ashtray, thats not an exaggeration either. We couldn’t locate another stay in the area that was even close to affordable. After we thoroughly scoured the room for roaches and bed bugs we decided to stay. We slept in our cloths on top of the covers, when we woke we stunk like cigarettes. I certainly wasn’t expecting the Taj Mahl, but this place had the makings of hourly rates and the scantily clad. I burned up my points on this room!!"

"Desk fell on me, wall socket in bathroom is falling out of wall, safe doesn’t work. Wire on floor causing a tripping hazard and ceiling panel open. Ladies were polite male worker looked unhappy. Said hello first day to me. After that looked very upset or unhappy. Not saying he was intentionally rude, just curt."

"I usually stay at double trees becauseI find they are consistent quality. This particular double tree is in need of renovations. Its nothing terrible but just many little things adding up. The flange around the shower head wasn't attached to the wall so you can see the hole where the pipe goes in. The bathroom was clearly painted over wall paper. The peep hole on the door wasn't attached right so i had to rotate it around to make sure the peep hole was covered. I was there for 3 nights and there were multiple big greasy handprints on the window in the hall by the elevator that were never cleaned. One of the elevators wasn't functioning. My husband had to call one day because the toilet wasn't functioning (it was fixed while we were out). You need to ask for someone to let you into the little convenience store area, so there isn't anything readily available to eat after the morning buffet closes. Oh and you are paying for parking in their parking garage. None of that is all that terrible but also for 200 a night I expect a little better, or at least fewer issues. The staff were nice. The bed was comfy. It was close to where I needed to be (but not right in the middle of everything). I will probably try a different hotel next time I am in the area, but wouldn't go so far as to say I would never stay there again - particularly if renovations occur."

"Gorgeous property, with excellent amenities. The restaurant on site was perfect for an evening dinner in a nice setting. Cute little market on site to grab coffees or quick bites and snacks. Pool was nice and warm, deepest point was 4 ft. so my son had a ton of fun using it and felt comfortable the entire time. Gym looked nice and there was a private movie theater with a current movie playing. Will definitely return when back in the area"

"Wonderful breakfast buffet, we did not have the opportunity for dinner. Very spacious room with kitchenette and patio access. Overall a bit dated, and in need if a refresh."
