"Chose this hotel for spa due to long flights to get there and was told specifically by the hotel that even though they were closing down that the spa services were still available until the close of the hotel. Got there and asked about spa services and was told that the massage therapists were not accepting any more appointments for the last 3 weeks. So no massage no pain relief. Had I known this I would have stayed elsewhere!"

"I had an excellent experience during my 3 night stay at this hotel. Zeeshan, in particular, deserves a special mention for being the most wonderful host. He was incredibly professional, courteous and always willing to help with any request – nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Despite the light renovations taking place I did not experience any disturbance at all, which is testament to how well-managed everything was. The hotel’s location is ideal, with plenty of dining options nearby....

"I liked the staff; everyone I interacted with was very kind and helpful. The hotel as a whole looks old, and the carpet on the corridors' floors is very worn and outdated. The white and naked walls without decorative art or paintings on every floor make the corridor look like a cold and low character, even though the staircase looks phenomenal. The room is nice, has a good size, the bed is fine, but there is zero sound isolation, and I could hear every single noise coming from the corridor. The...
