"My original flight was cancelled and I had to rebook for the next day, however, I did not cancel my reservation because I wanted to be able to check in at 9 AM as opposed to waiting until 3 PM. Thankfully they did hold onto the room because it was prepaid for & I called customer service to confirm. My room was cleaned each day we were there. I am very appreciative for the refreshed beds and clean towels. Front desk staff were friendly in the pool was clean. I have zero complaints."

"Terrible overall! I am still waiting on the reimbursement. The stay could only be one night - enough time to arrange to get out. The pictures on the website does NOT reflect what the property looks like. How deceptive! The feeling was really unsettling. Environment: Packed with shady undesirables. Looks like a hotspot for criminal activity. As a matter-of-fact, remnants of artifacts etc. were left on one of the tables in the common area. How unsafe! I demand a reimbursement as promised please. I URGE YOU, please remodel, organize a new opening and share truthful pictures. I pray you receive the constructive criticism well. Thank you."
