"The service was excellent. Owner of the property speak very good english, he is friendly and always ready to help. The property is well decorate and the floor heating keep you warm. Breakfast was definitely much better than the other properties that we had experience in our trip there. "

"Spent 3 wonderful nights here, and the staff took great care of us. Hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes away by foot to the main old town area. Definitely will stay here when visiting Shangrila again, highly recommended! "

"We were staying in this property last week and highly recommend this property for anyone who is looking for a 5 stars experience in Shangri-La Old Town. New modern design, the rooms are so clean, very nice stuffs, and you feel it like home. If you experience altitude sickness, oxygen will be provided in your room.
