"Our stay was great overall. Very stylish and clean hotel/ rooms, amazing breakfast with great variety ranging from standard options to local cuisine. The shower pressure in the room was a bit low and didn't improve much even when we reported and had it looked at. Customer service managers were kind and helpful."

"Stayed here the 2nd time. Overall good impression, room was spacious, bed was very comfortable. Washroom and other places did show some aged traces. Quite a good location as it was just 5 mins taxi ride away from SNIEC exhibition centre (if no traffic), and right next to the "Thumb Mall", though most shops there were closed as it appeared to be under renovation."

"The hotel is well located. And service was good people are nice. Opportunity areas: The rooms are not clean.. same as bathroom/carpets the clean is very poor and need maintenance. "

"The location of the hotel was hard to find. It’s kind of tucked behind another building so you wouldn’t think to look there. The entrance isn’t facing a street either so it looks like a regular building."
