The most helpful staff we’ve ever encountered at any hotel in Shanghai. Especially the bellhops and the front desk staff. From carrying luggage to sorting deliveries, to the friendliness of the cleaning staff, the service cannot be faulted. Location is also central and has quick access to restaurants and the metro. The room itself is slightly dated but comfortable to stay. Would book again.

Hidden gem

Great service, very professional staff. Excellent breakfast, with varied menus. Hotel next to subway station, with on site laundry facilities and gym. We stayed 2 weeks - we will definitely return to this hotel for our next trip to Shanghai.

Nice modern hotel in great location

This is a great hotel with metro station, large supermarket and lots of resturants opp in the mall. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very friendly. The rooms are huge and have everthing you need.

Plenty of space for two people with the split level. It has 3 air conditioning units hooray! such a welcome respite. The facilities were top notch and a Metro minutes away which we used to get to Shanghai Airport to Maglev Station. Also a convenience store , starbucks and Hey Tea in the vicinity. We had a washing machine and drier in our unit so amazing.

I stayed in a loft apartment for 10 nights. The room was clean, modern, spacious, comfortable and very quiet. The staff were friendly and efficient. There are many dining options in the mall opposite as well as a large grocery store. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the Metro. An ideal base in Shanghai

Well appointed hotel. A bit of a distance from city centre, but metro station is a 2min walk and getting anywhere is very convenient. We had quite a long stay and overall it exceeded expectations. Only critique would be that the housekeeping team - who did a great job with maintaing the room - is quite loud with their communcations, so sleeping in wasn't really an option.

Good place to stay - pretty handy location being right next to a mall that is connected to subway. While that line was not the most popular one, we found it easy to navigate to anywhere. The mall has a lot of dining options plus a supermarket. Staff was polite and helpful - especially Ella Yu.
