Conveniently located, just 1-2 mins walk to the nearest metro station & shopping mall. The shopping mall has a food court & supermarket. Staffs are nice & helpful. Area is nice & the hotel & rooms are clean. Price is good. Highly recommended.

Away from tourists area yet easily reachable by Metro. The Metro station and Food court with many restaurants are located just one block from the hotel. Breakfast is excellent with a variety of items especially a variety of vegetable dishes daily.

Well appointed hotel. A bit of a distance from city centre, but metro station is a 2min walk and getting anywhere is very convenient. We had quite a long stay and overall it exceeded expectations. Only critique would be that the housekeeping team - who did a great job with maintaing the room - is quite loud with their communcations, so sleeping in wasn't really an option.

Location, food and Metro station nearby

Great location. Located nearby an underground center with lots of restaurants and the Metro station (Lan Gao Rd, Line 7). 2 convenience stores (Family Mart) close by. We were a family; 2 adults and 2 children, and had a Studio deluxe room with 2 double beds. Nice apartment-like layout with a small kitchen. Cleaning and the beds were good. However, the bathroom was a bit too small. The bathroom door which was a orange tinted glass door was almost see-through and easy to hear through. There was some mold at the corners in the shower which was a bit unappealing. Laundry and dryer station at the 2nd floor was convenient for longer stays. Regarding TV, there was only Chinese channels except 2, and there was no possiblity to stream from your device via WIFI. I recommend none Chinese speaking customers to bring a "HDMI to USB-C/Lightning cable" to the TVs, so you can connect and stream from your devices. We stayed at this hotel for almost 2 weeks. All in all, it was a good stay for us.

Plenty of space for two people with the split level. It has 3 air conditioning units hooray! such a welcome respite. The facilities were top notch and a Metro minutes away which we used to get to Shanghai Airport to Maglev Station. Also a convenience store , starbucks and Hey Tea in the vicinity. We had a washing machine and drier in our unit so amazing.

非常に静かで快適でした。 地下鉄がすぐ近くなので南京東路などの中心地にもアクセスしやすかったです。 部屋は清潔で、毎日きちんと清掃と補充が行われました。 ロフトタイプのベッドも、お互いのことを気にせずに眠れて良かったです。 ロフト部分にも空調があります。 不満としては、ホテルのサービス(ランドリーやレストランなど)をまとめた案内が無いので、寝るだけになってしまったことです。 場所と使用方法などが書いた案内が置いてあれば便利です。

立地が地下鉄駅の近くで移動には便利だと思います。部屋の設備の不具合が多くて、シャワーのレバーが逆につけられていたり、水圧も弱かったです。トイレの水洗が悪かったことをフロントに伝えると、トイレペーパーを一緒に流した事が原因で、ペーパーはゴミ箱が常識だと言われました。ちなみにその事はどこにも表示はありません。
