An aged hotel, the 1st room I got has a smell like some sort of smoke. The air filter has dust and not well maintained, But the hotel moved me to a second room with acceptable room. The breakfast is so so in Asia. Maybe it is close to the Shanghai city center, it is expensive, but quality is not there.

I enjoyed the stay. Cleaning service was superb. The metro station is right next to the hotel and the lobby is big and clean. However, the equipment (TV) is pretty old. Sadly I requested a Taxi Transfer to Hongqiao Airport but it took quite long to aquire a Taxi. Hence I missed my flight.

The sidewalk was torn up replacing water pipes near both entrances and the extremely rude moped drivers think they have right-of-way on the sidewalks over pedestrians. The property interior was very nice but many of the facilities (bar, lounge bar, etc.) were closed for renovation. Rooms and service were very good to excellent.

建物自体は少し古くなってきていますが、キレイに清掃されていて居心地は悪く無いです。使用していませんが ホテルのすぐそばに地下鉄の駅もあり便利だろうと思います。ショッピングモールが近くにあるので、歩いて食事に行くことも可能です

Dieses Hotel macht einen luxuriösen Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind schön groß, sauber, und der Ausblick auf die Stadt ist toll (jedenfalls wenn man in einem höheren Stockwerk untergebracht ist). Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich und gut. Es gibt in einem zweiten, direkt angrenzenden Sheraton-Hotel auch ein Restaurant, in dem man (gegen überschaubare Zusatzkosten) Abendessen kann. Zweimal pro Woche gibt es dort auch ein Buffet. In diesem Hotel selbst gibt es zwar auch ein Restaurant, das aber auch während der angeschrieben Öffnungszeiten geschlossen war. Dasselbe gilt für die Bar: offenbar gibt es keine Möglichkeit mehr was zu Trinken. Zwar gibt es eine Bar, diese war aber während unserem Aufenthalt nie besetzt (laut Rezeption gibt es auch gar keine mehr - vielleicht ein Relikt aus früheren Zeiten).
