A super fancy hotel in 90 era, all excellent staff

So I booked for a classic room (lowest) but got upgraded to executed because the gym was underconstruction. The upgraded room was on 22nd floor and it was updated and clean, not huge but I was by myself and king size bed was more than enough. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, and they are all super eager to help whenever I have some questions. My breakfast experience however could have been improved as both of my day there consisted of some loud arguments either between staff and staff or staff and customers while we were eating. Now I supposed I went during a low season so it might seem casual but I would like my breakfast to have less commotion and so was another guest there

地下鉄の駅からも徒歩圏内で、料金も高くないバランスの取れたホテルでした。適度に清潔で食事も悪くないです。週末にかけて滞在者が増えるのか廊下で大声で話す人がいてうるさかったのですが、それ以外は特に問題がなかったです。

Praktisk og bra nok

Flott hotell. Personalet var veldig hyggelige, men strevde med engelsk. Spa med massasjetilbud, basseng og treningsrom. Bassenget var mer egnet til trening enn velvære. Benyttet oss av hotellets vaskeritjeneste noe som var dyrt, men nødvendig. Fin beliggenhet på hotellet med korte avstander med Didi til de største severdighetene. Lett å bli plukket opp/kjørt til hotellet. Separat do og dusj. Gode senger. Gode lademuligheter. Noe forbedringspotensial på renholdet. Prøvde den ene restauranten (der frokosten holdes) og denne var både overpriset og smakløs.

Awful, won’t return.

Room smelled like smoke. Had to pay extra to use the swimming pool that’s advertised as part of the hotel which I think is outrageous to be frank. Bed was rock hard. Just not a nice hotel at all compared to others in Shanghai for the same price.

Worth the small.price

The price you pay is worth what you get.(60 USD night) Room was quite spacious with everything you need. I got a corner room that maybe was larger than normal.

Jeg havde et godt ophold. Hurtig check ind og ud. Hotellet ligger i gå afstand til People's Park og Nanjing Road. Spiste ikke morgenmad på hotellet, men på et af de mange spisesteder, der ligger i området.

极度不适，歧视中国人

带日本人同住此酒店，晚9点办理入住，前台不讲给日本人的房间做了升级，我主动拿日本人房间房卡前台黄姓男服务员大声阻止。给日本人客人升级不讲，还不充许自己换房，明显歧视同胞。后与张姓值班经理沟通解释理由为服务员为新人，酒店陪训不到位，又以公安查房为由搪塞。口头声称无歧视，所做所为让我做为海外生活多年的中国人感觉极度不适。

在訂房時，沒有說明酒店在裝修。 浴室毛巾位置有塵。 雪櫃不應上鎖，客人取了會付費的。 早餐食物種類不多，食物味道和烹調煮法有待改進，如果再花多點心思較好。 因為沒有酒店特色食物。 感覺不像四星酒店
