房間乾淨舒服，地點也不錯

房間舒服，硬體上性價比不錯。酒店一般職員非常親切友善，惟獨前檯接待人員須要多加改進。制服看起來又髒又皺，應對態度十分隨便，有失專業形象。

Construction nearby is annoying

Nice business hotel. However, gym and swimming pool are under construction. These were one of key reason i chose this hotel. Construction in front of hotel could be very bothersome to those staying in rooms facing the site. It's 24hr work so you get no quiet moment.

in lobby, strong smell from restaurant, feel oily..staff in Concierge is impolite, the lady has no greeting and smile from day 1 to date we left when we asked with "Please" and "Thank You". We were surprised when saw one staff stood in Concierge and felf dizzy, the Sales Team in counter had no intention to help

酒店對面有一地盤在施工，在半夜依然聽到聲音。另，同時間同一大廈有裝修工程，早上八時多已在施工。此外，入住6天，沒有一天在職員面上看到笑容。

The location is quite convenient.

I recommend this hotel to business travelers as this hotel locates in an convenient area. However, for leisure travelers, this hotel may not be a good choice as it takes at least 15 minutes' walk to the nearest Subway station.

We were fortunate to be upgraded as all the non-smoking rooms were occupied. The hotel is walking distance to People's Park where the Museum of Contemporary Arts and the Fine Arts Museum are located. Would have given a higher score but for the malfunctioning of the in room coffee machine which took the staff over half an hour to fix, eventually replacing it. The free wifi was also not working in the room. Staff was quick in supplying a router. After trying out for nearly an hour, the router had to be placed in the adjoining vacant room.

上海中凱豪生酒店-近南京西路地鐵站

飯店距離南京西路地鐵站步行約5分鐘,交通非常方便,附近有南京西路上的商店可以逛街,也靠近吳江路小吃街,房間價格適中,打掃的也很乾淨,雖然不如大型飯店有超大的大廳及豐富的設施,但可算是經濟實惠及地點佳的飯店.聖誕節住宿時每房有贈送小熊玩偶與薑餅屋餅乾,是很意外的驚喜.

Really good hotel

Hotel is really nice, room is large and clean. The only issue is the air conditioner has set to the fix temp that you cannot change. Have asked the hotel to fix, but they said that the air-con temp cannot be changed. The bedquilt is to thick to cover. However, yo uwll feel cold if not use the bedquit.

Above-average Business Hotel

Within walking distance of Line 2 subway, the hotel is decent with adequate facilities of what a business hotel should be. The gym is contracted out as a commercial gym so it's busier than an exclusive one. There isn't much to see around the hotel so you will have to know where to go on your own or that doesn't bother you at all (ie business trips). Rooms are bigger than average but the mini bar is empty (perhaps the convenience store is too proximate?).

Great location

Check in at 8PM, out 9AM, very short stay. Free Wifi helped me a lot to finish my work. Starbucks is just next door, 10min walk to West Nanjin Road station. Clean Bathrooom and toilet. The map showing on Hotels.com is not correct, be careful. Haward Johnson Business Club is on the corner of Shimen 1st Rd and Weihai Rd intersection. Four Seasons is at the opposite corner.

上海観光には立地条件は良い

南京西路駅から徒歩5分くらいだがこの５分が意外と遠い。　駅周辺には日本料理屋が多数あるのでよかった。 宿泊した部屋は角部屋だったのだが、机の椅子を下げると後ろのベットとの隙間がなく通れなくなる。　 じゅうたんもシミが多いと思ったが清掃はきちんとしてある様子。
